Online Shamanic Ceremony for Self-Care/End of 2018 Healing

Glad Yule to all!This past Monday, I facilitated an online healing ceremony, the last one of 2018. There were some interesting bits, such as time dilation (we worked together for 2 hours, whoa!) and frozen electronics, but the video has been rendered and uploaded toYouTube.

This past Summer, almostevery single planetary body in our Solar System went Retrogradewith its movements and its energies. During this period of intense pressure, many magical and spiritual folks noticed that their personal coping skills no longer worked as effectively. As the Summer season transitioned into Autumn and Winter, this painful pattern continued.

When we are not able to release old energies, work with our coping skills, or complete effective self-care, ourFlight/Fight/Freeze responsewithin our brains remains permanentlyon. With the passage of time, this can have extremely detrimental effects on our psychosomatic health, our trust and faith in ourselves, and our hope in a loving Universe.

Welcome to the newsletter for this holiday season! Below, you'll find information about upcoming workshop intensives, the last online healing ceremony of 2018, my Facebook Events Page, my YouTube Channel of recorded healing ceremonies, and more. 

Our year of shamanic classes, both Open and Advanced level, ended with a party on Sunday December 2nd. We shared a horde of delicious pot-luck food, and paused our conversations for a 30-min lesson on working with drums and rattles in order to power one's own Journeywork. It was a wonderful celebration of the difficult inner work with our Spirits, and a safe space to share magical stories with the community that has grown to support us all!
I spent a great deal of the summer and autumn months teaching in new locations, and helping to clear out & bless centers of healing (i.e., yoga studios, acupuncture clinics, etc.). The work has inspired a few articles for the future, so stay tuned to this blog!
